Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath Basement Apartment with a separate private entrance, uniquely located between Toronto and Niagara.

Enjoy your walk in a peaceful neighborhood to Lake Ontario. 30 minutes away from Niagara Falls, Toronto, Fifty Point Conservation Area, Confederation Park, trails, museums, and much more.

We also provide cooking classes, conservation park pass, babysitting, meals, pick and drop, full day tour, and more.

Booking Packages:

One Bed One Bath : This will include access to only one bedroom and a bathroom in the property.

Two Beds One Bath : This will include access to only two bedrooms and a bathroom in the property.

Three Beds Two Bath: This will include access to only three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the property.

Terms& Conditions of Booking:

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 23:30, You’ll need to let the property know in advance what time you’ll arrive, Early Check-in available for a $50 fee (subject to availability)

Check-out time is Until 10:00,  Late check out is available for a $50 fee (subject to availability)

Cancellations is free 48 hours prior to check-in date, else, there is no refund.

House Rules

We thank you in advance for following the below rules as they help us to serve our guests in the best manner.

# Please do not walk with your shoes in the apartment. Kindly remove your shoes and put them in the shoe rack provided.

# Do not walk on neighbors’ property.

# Street parking is free. Please visit Hamilton City’s website for more info.

# Please use only the required number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It helps our cleaning staff, which also helps us in saving the environment.

# Please put the toys, books, etc. back to their place after use.

# Kindly clean up the kitchen, cutlery, crockery, appliances, etc. and put the things back to their place after use, else you will be charged $50 for the same.

# No pets allowed ; no parties allowed ; no smoking or vaping or e-cigarettes allowed. Else, you will be charged $200 for deodorizing the apartment.

# In case of any damage to the property or its contents, you will be liable to pay the cost of the damage, installation, transportation, or any other expenses that will be incurred due to it.

# No additional guests or visitors allowed.

# DONOT use WIFI for downloading or streaming pirated or illegal content. otherwise, you will be liable for any legal actions or penalties for the same.

# Hamilton city is very strict in garbage disposal, and so please segregate your waste into (a) organic or food waste in a compostable organic bag. (b) Paper and  cardboard in recyclable bag (c) Other recyclable  waste like plastics, cans, tetra packs, etc. in another recyclable bag. (d) For any other waste/garbage, use the white garbage bags provided. Please visit Hamilton City’s website for more information. Please do not use your own bags. If you have any additional garbage, please dispose of them yourself. otherwise, you will be charged $20 for disposing of every additional garbage bag left at the property.

Kindly leave the garbage bags properly sealed in front of the shoe rack while checking out. Please don’t leave the bags outside as raccoons and other animals would spill the trash.

# Guests are required to fill in the check-in form via the link provided in the house manual.

# Late check-out charges are $50 for every additional hour over check-out time.

Upon making the booking, you agree to the above conditions/rules and to pay CAD$500 in addition to the charges mentioned above in case you do not follow and violate the above condition or conditions.
